FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I actually wear it during the trial, or does it need to stay in the box?

Wear it daily — even 24/7 if you like. Take it to work, travel with it, make it part of your normal life. That's what the trial is for.

How do I start a return?

Contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date. We may ask for 1-2 quick photos of the item to help document the return — this is not an approval requirement for an ordinary 30-day trial return.

Does it cost anything to return an item?

No. Returns within Thailand are free during your 30-day wear trial. Shuzi covers the return shipping, and there are no restocking fees. Normal wear during your trial does not reduce your refund.

How long do I have to decide if I want to keep my Shuzi?

Every Shuzi jewelry purchase comes with a 30-day wear trial. Your 30 days start on the date the carrier confirms delivery — not the date it shipped.

What if my item arrives defective or develops a problem during the trial?

Contact us and we'll take care of it. If your item arrives defective or develops a workmanship problem during your 30-day trial, Shuzi will cover the return shipping at no cost to you. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

What if something happens to my jewelry by accident during the trial?

Accidental damage during your 30-day trial doesn't automatically disqualify your return or reduce your refund. Just tell us when you request your RMA.

How long does my refund take?

Once we receive your returned item, we process your refund within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Do I get my original shipping cost back too?

Yes — the original free shipping is never deducted from your refund.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. All Shuzi orders shipped within Thailand receive free standard shipping. There is no minimum purchase required.

Do you ship internationally?

ShuziThai currently ships primarily within Thailand. If you're outside Thailand and would like to purchase Shuzi, please contact us before ordering and we'll let you know the best option available for your location.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days from our Thailand location. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

How long has Shuzi been in business?

Shuzi was founded in 2004 — more than 20 years of developing its resonance jewelry products.

Is Shuzi a registered trademark?

Yes. Skytyan Inc., Shuzi's California-based parent company, holds two active U.S. trademark registrations: No. 3,410,893 (SHUZI & Design, registered 2008) and No. 5,160,502 (the SHUZI word mark, registered 2017, most recently renewed in 2026). Shuzi's trademark history in China dates back to 2009, and in 2025 new Class 14 registrations were obtained for both the SHUZI name (Reg. No. 80135265) and the Shuzi logo (Reg. No. 80127739), with protection extending through 2035. Shuzi also has a documented history of trademark filings in a number of other countries dating back to the late 2000s.

Does Shuzi have an international trademark history?

Yes. Shuzi's documented international trademark history extends back many years, with historical trademark records in markets including the United States, Singapore, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Canada, and South Korea, among others. Not every one of these registrations remains active today — trademark status changes over time, and some early filings, like the original European Union registration, have since expired.

Has Shuzi worked with international distributors?

Yes — over more than 20 years, Shuzi has partnered with distributors in a number of countries. New Zealand and South Korea are current, active partners today, each with their own separate online presence. Shuzi has also worked with distributors in Canada, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Israel — these are historical or currently dormant relationships, not active points of purchase.

How do I know what size to order?

For products that come in sizes — rings and bracelets — the available sizes are listed right on the product page when you add it to your cart.

How do I find my ring size?

Wrap a strip of paper or a piece of string comfortably around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet, then measure the length in millimeters or inches with a ruler. Use that measurement to find your ring size on our size chart below this FAQ section.

For the best fit, measure your finger when your hands are at a normal, comfortable temperature—not unusually hot or cold.

If you're between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

What materials are Shuzi products made from?

Shuzi jewelry is made from a variety of materials, including 316 stainless steel, titanium, tungsten and S925 sterling silver, depending on the design. Some pieces feature gold-tone, rose gold-tone or rhodium finishes, while selected designs incorporate cubic zirconia or Swarovski crystals.

Because materials vary from product to product, please refer to the individual product description for the exact construction and finish of each piece.

How do I take care of my Shuzi jewelry?

Since we recommend wearing your Shuzi daily — even 24/7 — pieces may need occasional cleaning over time. A couple of things to know: rose gold plating contains a copper mix, and like most rose gold, its color can gradually fade or oxidize over time — this is mostly seen on bracelets, less common on pendants, and lotions or detergents can affect it further. On titanium bracelets with a mixed brushed-and-polished finish, the two textures can start to look more similar to each other with regular wear.

Is Shuzi jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Shuzi uses materials including 316 stainless steel, titanium and S925 sterling silver, depending on the piece. We do not intentionally add nickel to our plating process. However, some base metals, including 316 stainless steel, naturally contain nickel as part of their alloy composition.

Individual skin sensitivities vary, so we cannot guarantee that every Shuzi piece will be suitable for every wearer. If you have a known metal allergy, please review the material listed on the individual product page before purchasing.

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Do I need to create an account to check my order status?

No. Checkout is guest-only — Shuzi doesn't currently have a customer account/login system, so your order and tracking details come to you by email rather than through an account dashboard.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) along with Shop Pay, through Shopify's secure checkout.

What is the Shuzi Resonance Gold Disc?

At the center of Shuzi jewelry is a small Embedded Shuzi Resonance Gold Disc, developed from ideas Shuzi has explored for more than 20 years.

Shuzi's early work was inspired by concepts surrounding resonance, frequency, water, and traditional ideas such as Qi. Over the years, those explorations evolved into the small passive disc incorporated into Shuzi jewelry today.

The disc has no battery, electronics, magnets, or external power source. We don't present it as a medical device or claim that it treats, prevents, or cures any medical condition.

So what does it do?

We think the best answer is: wear Shuzi and decide for yourself.

Some longtime customers tell us they notice something when wearing Shuzi. Others may notice very little—or nothing at all. Individual experiences vary, and we don't believe you should have to accept our claims to find out.

That's why Shuzi offers a 30-Day Wear Trial. Wear it as part of your everyday life and make your own decision.

Try Shuzi. See how you feel.

What will I feel when I wear it?

We don't tell you what to expect. Some people notice something, others don't — that's exactly why every Shuzi piece comes with a 30-day wear trial. Wear it, see how you feel, and decide for yourself.
