Collection 100 – Program Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the Shuzi Collection 100 Special Sharing Program run by Shuzi Thailand on shuzithai.com. By applying to the program, you agree to these terms.
1. About the program
1.1 Shuzi selects 100 participants. Each participant receives one free jewelry piece from Collection 100 and a personal sharing code.
1.2 Friends, family, and anyone else who uses a participant's sharing code get 20% off eligible Shuzi jewelry. The participant earns a commission on those purchases.
1.3 There is no obligation. You do not have to sell, post, or share anything. The free piece is yours to keep whether or not you ever use your sharing code.
1.4 There is no fee to join and nothing to buy.
1.5 The program starts on November 1, 2026 and runs until Shuzi ends it under section 9.
2. Eligibility and selection
2.1 To apply, you must:
- be at least 18 years old
- live in Thailand
- have a Thai bank account or PromptPay to receive commission payments
- complete the application form with accurate information
2.2 Shuzi employees, distributors, and their immediate family members may apply.
2.3 Shuzi reviews applications and selects participants at its own discretion. Selection is not random, and applying does not guarantee a place.
2.4 Each person may hold only one place in the program. Applications using false or duplicate details will be rejected.
2.5 Shuzi will notify selected participants by email or LINE. Applicants who are not selected may be kept on a waiting list for future rounds.
3. Your free jewelry piece
3.1 Each participant may choose one piece from Collection 100 on shuzithai.com, free of charge, up to a value of 2,450 THB.
3.2 To claim it, add one piece to your cart and enter your personal free-item code at checkout. Use the same email address you applied with. The jewelry price should show 0 THB before you complete the order.
3.3 Your free-item code works once, for one piece only. Any additional items in the same order are charged at the regular price.
3.4 Shipping within Thailand is free.
3.5 You must claim your free piece within one month after your selection notification by email or line. Unclaimed codes expire after that date.
3.6 Collection 100 items are subject to availability. If a piece sells out, please choose another.
3.7 The free piece cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. It is covered by Shuzi's normal warranty for manufacturing defects. Free pieces can cannot be exchanged for a different Collection 100 item.
4. Your two codes
Each participant receives two personal codes:

4.1 The sharing code gives 20% off products marked as eligible on shuzithai.com. Some collections, including new collections, may be excluded. Excluded products are shown at checkout, where the discount will not apply.
4.2 The sharing code cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.
4.3 You may use your own sharing code for your own purchases, and those purchases also earn you commission.
4.4 Codes are not case-sensitive. Codes are personal and cannot be transferred, sold, or changed to a different participant.
5. Commission
Every participant earns 25% commission on all qualifying sales made with their sharing code, from the very first sale, for as long as the program runs.
5.1 The rate is the same for every qualifying sale. There are no levels and no minimum number of sales.
5.2 Example: a friend buys a piece priced at 2,000 THB using your sharing code. They pay 1,600 THB after the 20% discount. Without the 7% VAT included in that price, the net amount is 1,495.33 THB, so you earn 25% of 1,495.33 THB = 373.83 THB.
5.3 Shuzi may change the commission rate for future sales under section 9.5. A change never affects commission already earned.
6. Qualifying sales and returns
6.1 A qualifying sale is an order on shuzithai.com that:
- uses your sharing code at checkout
- is paid in full
- is not cancelled, returned, or refunded by the end of Shuzi's return period of 30 days
6.2 Commission is calculated on the net amount the customer pays for the products: after the 20% discount, and excluding shipping fees and VAT.
6.3 If an order is partly returned, commission is paid only on the items kept.
6.4 If an order is returned or refunded after commission has already been paid, Shuzi may deduct that commission from your next payment.
6.5 Your free Collection 100 piece is not a sale and does not earn commission or count as a sales month.
6.6 Sales are tracked only through your sharing code. If a customer forgets to enter the code, Shuzi cannot add the commission afterwards.
7. Commission payments and tax
7.1 Shuzi calculates commission monthly. Commission for sales in one month is paid by the 15th day of the second month after, once the return period has passed. For example, January sales are paid by 15 March.
7.2 Payments are made by PromptPay or bank transfer to an account in your own name.
7.3 If your commission for a month is below 300 THB, it carries over to the next month until it reaches that amount.
7.4 Shuzi will send you a monthly statement showing your qualifying sales, your commission rate, and the amount paid.
7.5 Tax. Shuzi will deduct withholding tax from commission payments as required by Thai law [currently 3%] and give you a withholding tax certificate. You are responsible for declaring your commission income and paying any further tax due.
7.6 To receive payments, you must provide your full name, Thai ID or tax number, and payment details. Shuzi will hold payments until these details are complete.
7.7 Participants are independent individuals. Taking part does not make you an employee, agent, or distributor of Shuzi, and you may not make agreements on Shuzi's behalf.
8. Sharing your code: rules
You can share your code with anyone, in person, by LINE, on social media, or on a card. When you talk about Shuzi, please follow these rules:
8.1 Talk about the jewelry, not health effects. Describe the design, the quality, how you wear it, and why you like it. Do not say or suggest that Shuzi jewelry, including Shuzi Qi, treats, cures, prevents, or relieves any illness or medical condition, or replaces medical care.
8.2 Be honest. Share only your own real experience. Do not make up reviews or claims, or make promises on Shuzi's behalf about prices, stock, or delivery.
8.3 Say you earn commission. When you post your code publicly, mention that you are a Shuzi Collection 100 participant and earn commission, for example "#ShuziPartner" or "I earn commission on this code."
8.4 No spam. Do not send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or post in groups where promotions are not allowed.
8.5 No paid ads or fake Shuzi pages. Do not run paid ads using the Shuzi name or logo, or create pages or accounts that look like official Shuzi accounts.
8.6 If a participant breaks these rules, Shuzi may ask them to remove the content, hold commission on the affected sales, or end their participation under section 9.
9. Privacy, changes, and ending the program
Privacy
9.1 Shuzi collects your name, contact details, LINE ID, address, ID or tax number, and payment details to run the program, ship your free piece, pay commission, and meet tax requirements. Shuzi handles this information under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and its privacy policy.
9.2 Shuzi will send you program messages. Marketing messages are sent only if you agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
Leaving or being removed
9.3 You can leave the program at any time by contacting Shuzi. Your sharing code will be turned off, and Shuzi will pay any commission already earned on qualifying sales.
9.4 Shuzi may remove a participant who breaks these terms, provides false information, or tries to abuse the program (for example fake orders or duplicate accounts). In cases of fraud, unpaid commission may be cancelled.
Changes and ending the program
9.5 Shuzi may change these terms or end the program by giving at least 30 days' notice by email or LINE. Changes do not affect commission already earned.
9.6 When the program ends, sharing codes stop working. Shuzi will pay commission on qualifying sales made before the end date.
General
9.7 These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version applies.
